Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and Analyze: Track and report on social media metrics, insights, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Other Teams: Work with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure social media efforts align with company objectives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
