Are you a social media enthusiast with a knack for creating engaging content and building online communities? Style Netbox is looking for a talented Social Media Agent to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.

About the Role: As a Social Media Agent at Style Netbox, you'll be responsible for managing and enhancing our clients' social media presence. You'll develop and execute social media strategies that align with their brand goals, engage with their audience, and drive brand growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and feedback, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing strategies and brand objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance social media practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
