Sales Account Manager - USA - Texas

who

is process-oriented, data-driven, and has a strong capability in achieving the full potential from customer relationships by constantly seeking win/win solutions. This role is critical to continue our growth and success in the mining and construction industry. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Maximise the economic outcomes from existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets. Utilize data to analyze and optimize account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients. Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities. Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and effective problem-solving. Travel is required to engage with customers to grow and maintain the business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field. Proven 5+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or a similar role with relevant industry experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience and knowledge of mobile equipment in the mining and construction industries. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in high growth environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Mechanical aptitude is essential. Current driver’s licence in good standing is required.
