Summary

Develops and implements marketing plan(s). Coordinates seminars, workshops and health fairs. Conducts ongoing market research to evaluate and track "niche" marketing programs. Implements, monitors and controls expenses related to marketing projects. Produces internal and external communication for target audiences. Manages database(s) form mailing and solicitation. Acts as a consultant in areas of cultural expertise by supporting new services/programs. Acts as an interpreter and translator on an as needed basis. Establish/cultivate new and existing physician relationships. Work with senior management to identify physician recruits to fill specialty and primary care caps. Assist with marketing/promoting them to community and medical staff on an ongoing basis. Calls on existing physicians and/or their office staff on a regular basis. Assist IPA physicians with contracts and interface with appropriate IPA personnel to achieve problems resolution.

Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in health care related field preferred

Minimum Experience: One year of prior marketing/sales experience.

Required License/Certifications: Computer literacy with working skills of Office Suite.

Other: Must have the ability to meet essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
