Business Development Leader

Our firm is seeking an Entry Level Business Development Leader to join our expanding team in southern California. The Entry Level Business Development Leader is responsible for working with customers directly, promoting products and services and completing the sales cycle to increase revenue for the company and expand market territory. The Entry Level Business Development Leader will also be able to join our promotional team which specializes in consumer outreach, brand loyalty, and client recognition.
We are looking for goal-oriented individual who is looking for a rewarding position and start a career as a Entry Level Business Development Leader. Our company offer competitive compensation packages plus uncapped commissions on top of an exciting work culture.
Entry Level Business Development Leader Responsibilities:
- Foster new and existing relationships with clients and customers
- Strategize new sales opportunities
- Expertly follow through with sales presentations within assigned territory
- Support all team members
- Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory
- Product knowledge to offer outstanding customer experience
- Exceed client expectations and increase market territory to develop business in other locations
- 0-2 Years experience in sales, customer service or related field
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred (not required)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, determined, and confident
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Travel is required
