Compensation: Base salary $60-75K + Uncapped Commission – 1st year on-target-earnings $90-120K. Full benefits + 401K + Company credit card for travel and client entertainment. With a strong foothold in the market and a commitment to excellence, they have grown significantly over the past decade, now operating multiple labs nationwide. They are tracking for 20% growth in revenue this fiscal year As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and expanding the client base and enhancing customer satisfaction within your region. This is a highly consultative, relationship-based sale where the client relationship is paramount. Their customers love them Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts in the assigned territory while focusing on acquiring new clients and growing your sales revenue. Strong preference for dental/medical sales experience, but open to the following: 1+ years of outside sales experience with an objective track record of success. Background in dentistry (e.g. Dental Assistant or Dental Hygienist) with a desire to build a career in outside sales. Self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills. Must live in the territory and be able/willing to travel within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight stays.
