The primary function of the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is to meet annual revenue goals for assigned territory. To achieve revenue goals the TSM should partner, consult, plan, and guide (1) all existing owners to operate a profitable and growing business, (2) recruit new owners to join the Beltone network, and (3) lead new owners to establish a profitable and successful business. The following states are included in the Midwest territory: Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina and Northwest Indiana. Responsibilities: Achieving net hearing instrument sales goal on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Work within assigned Territory as primary owner contact to increase Beltone unit sales and market share. Preparing annual and monthly territory plans. The plans are updated monthly and reviewed each month with the Director of Sales. Building and maintaining customer relationships as a means of growing current customers business through guidance in areas which include marketing, financial, product expertise, sales processes and general business operations. Initiate training strategies to assist the Owner, Hearing Care Professional and Patient Care Coordinator to help grow their business. Successfully introduce new products to customers. Develop budget benchmarks for advertising allocations, and provide guidance on marketing plans as needed. Work towards helping each owner achieve a consistent marketing strategy. Recruit new owners in the assigned territory to expand the footprint within the current Beltone network. Identify potential new store opening opportunities through market predictions and develop competitive acquisitions to fill those opportunities. For new owners, plan and execute a 12 to 18-month ramp-up plan that coordinates internal resources, Sales, Marketing and Training (product and practice management) to ensure overall success for the new owner. Provide clear and concise reports to management, using the appropriate channels, in a timely manner. Provide immediate reporting on problematic issues with solutions. Work closely with the finance team to determine AR goals and a payment plan strategy for high-risk accounts. Qualifications: Four-year college degree. Business or Audiology degree preferred Minimum of three-to-five years of experience in front-line sales and sales management Sales experience within the hearing healthcare industry that includes a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives Proficient in MS Office programs Must be able to handle various working environments (office, field, travel) Ability to travel 60-80% #LI-Beltone
