Contract: 2 months

Shift: 9am-5:30pm

A Clinical Administrative Coordinator oversees the daily operations of an assigned unit or clinic section within a hospital. Here are the key responsibilities:

This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Employee Shifts: Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Admitting and Discharge Functions: oversee admissions and discharges, ensuring optimal patient flow.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate hospital resources efficiently.
  • Assigning Patients: Assign patients to appropriate health practitioners

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required. Some employers may prefer candidates with an associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant work experience in healthcare administration, medical office management, or a similar role is beneficial. Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is essential.
  • Certification: Some employers may require certification, such as Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) or Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM).
