The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment process. Responsibilities include posting open positions, coordinating candidate travel, creating offer letters, conducting background checks, and ensuring pre-employment requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of Human Resources and general administrative responsibilities, working autonomously to ensure HR projects' end-to-end running. Core Responsibilities: Serve as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team's agenda Assist candidates with onboarding documentation and information Assist candidates with background checks and pre-employment screening processes Organize referral bonus requests Create job advertisements on recruiting platforms Complete new hire education and license verification Assist with organizing and uploading candidate information on an internal database Prepare reports on recruitment activity and new hire metrics Communicate updates to candidates throughout the onboarding process Assist with Talent Acquisition projects and recruiting as needed Other duties as assigned What are we looking for? Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting Associate's Degree or Higher Excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in fast-paced environments Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Experience with Jobvite applicant tracking system preferred US work authorization Someone who embodies being 'Oaky' What does being 'Oaky' look like?
