Job Title: Patient Access RepJob DescriptionSummary: The main function of a patient access representative is to act as the liaison between the organization and the customer/patient. They will provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a positive customer service experience.Job Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between the customer base and patients.- Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet.- Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures.- Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution.- Provide additional customer education and information as needed.- Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting products and services.- Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.- Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.- Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.- Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance.Hard Skills+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office+ Understanding of medical terminology used in clinical settingsSoft Skills+ Strong verbal and written communication+ Courteous with strong customer service orientationJob TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 4 Week(s). // 7am-11amWork SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Warren, Michigan.Work EnvironmentLab/OfficeAbout Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
