**SALES COORDINATOR**: Responsible for assisting the truck sales team, General Manager and Sales Manager with sales coordination for all new and used equipment. Duties include but are not limited to:

* Providing direct assistance to Territory Managers, Sales Manager & General Manager.

* Process all new truck orders to Kenworth factory.

* Download & process all reports & documents from factory daily.

* Investigates and resolves Territory Manager problems with equipment deliveries.

* Facilitates / coordinates equipment transportation in support of Territory Managers' needs through appropriate channels.

* Monitors Daily, Real-time reporting and provides actionable reporting to the appropriate Manager.

* Updates approved procedures and process documents within assigned channels of business and provides support as needed.

* Assists with internal and external audits of physical truck inventory.

* Performs general administration duties.

* All other duties as assigned.
