A position in the Marketing department at Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California. The position involves traditional marketing functions with the objective to successfully assist in developing, coordinating, and implementing the company’s strategic marketing plan.

Pay Range: $ - $ / hour

Shift Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or as needed

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Position Type: In-office full time

Core Responsibilities

Order product from warehouse and photograph; edit photos as needed Fulfill requests for samples, merchandise, and brochures and ship Order competitive products for product development team and project managers which often includes driving off-site to obtain items Create and maintain various documents, data sheets, and special requests  Assist with product data updates and entries on GDSN site  Maintain inventory of merchandise and keep merchandise rooms clean and organized  Gather materials and supplies for trade shows Ad hoc marketing projects involving sales support or marketing initiatives Provide support on product cuttings and presentations (customers and/or internal) Aid product development team with sensory testing, supply runs, etc. Be a flexible resource for marketing and sales personnel on time-sensitive projects Aid in setting up rooms for meetings and luncheons Submit monthly receipt reconciliation reports via Concur Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience with basic photo editing software a plus. If no experience, training may be provided  College coursework in Marketing, Business, Public Relations preferred but not required Experience with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)  Open to “getting your hands dirty” when needed  Ability to operate all standard office equipment Must present a professional demeanor at all times Routinely handle objects weighing up to 30-50 pounds Reliable transportation for running errands as needed with own vehicle
