As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission. Your responsibilities will include sending application forms, creating quotes, and sending emails with certification contracts and sub-licenses to customers. You will also analyze compliance of sales documents, send audits to the coordination department, and keep track of pending sales documents.

In addition, you will assist customers with the WQS system, take incoming phone calls, and help create basic reports. You will also assist with marketing campaigns, training, and sales conferences, and help identify potential customers through internet research.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Send application forms for new and current customers

**Requirements:**

* At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience
* High School Diploma / GED
* Speaks both English and Spanish Fluently
* Must be in CST or PST (No specific city required)
