Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

Create a cohesive marketing plan to increase the number of contractors who provide services for our Brand Partners.Improve the flow of communication between Sharetown and its Contractors.Be an active participant on the Leadership Team who sets and executes company-wide strategies.Understand, set, and refine KPIs that Sharetown and the marketing department use for managing the business.Design and review the Marketing department's budget.Ensure technology platforms used by marketing are efficient and delivering the desired results.

Lead Marketing Initiatives:

Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders that lead to the execution of company goals.Monitor all marketing campaigns and enhance them as needed.Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources effectively.Manage the marketing team effectively, ensuring the right skills and team are in place to execute against company goals.Report on progress of initiatives, holding yourself and your team accountable.

Strategic Planning:

Provide guidance and ideas for organizing impactful marketing events.Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges.Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department.Track and understand competitors' activities.

Job Requirements:

Master's degree or equivalent10+ years of proven progressive work experience, including work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, or in a similar senior role.Experience in driving social media, influencer and/or affiliate marketing campaigns.Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools, HubSpot is a plus.Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
