Title: Senior Marketing Executive – Aspiring VP of Marketing or Chief Marketing Officer

COMPENSATION: Based on qualifications and experience

This role is tailored for a dynamic early- to mid-career marketing professional eager to transition from a Director role to a Vice President position, and ultimately to a senior executive level. Join us at Altius as we collaboratively develop a premier marketing division.

The Senior Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with Altius leadership to learn and refine existing marketing strategies, while also partnering with the CEO to identify and implement best practices for new initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and executing successful campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Expertise in sales and marketing funnel design and execution.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and present data effectively.
  • Experience in brand development and execution.
  • Strong storytelling abilities and persuasive writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and complete an ongoing company-wide rebranding initiative.
  • Collaborate with senior executives and creative teams to design and launch a new website.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all sales, media, and fulfillment channels.
  • Build and lead a growing marketing department, supported by increased revenue.
  • Oversee the customer journey across all touchpoints, managing multiple marketing and sales funnels.
  • Regularly assess and improve Altius' Global Marketing Strategy to boost sales and market share.
  • Stay updated on new marketing technologies and strategies to drive growth.
  • Manage marketing personnel, vendors, contractors, and the annual budget.
  • Plan and execute monthly and annual marketing initiatives, presenting plans to the executive team for feedback.
  • Monitor competitor marketing efforts to ensure optimal positioning.
  • Lead the design and execution of campaigns for new product launches.
  • Focus on tracking and improving marketing-related metrics and KPIs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in marketing at a director level or equivalent.
  • Documented experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • A degree is not mandatory; relevant experience may be considered.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous marketing deliverables is required.
  • Must be entrepreneurial, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
