Role Overview:
The Revenue Enablement Specialist plays a pivotal role within Crucial Learning's Growth organization, focusing on enhancing revenue generation and customer satisfaction. This position is dedicated to the onboarding, empowerment, and overall success of our sales teams.

The primary objective of this role is to elevate sales performance, reduce onboarding times, provide insightful reporting, and streamline processes through effective training initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and instruct sales teams on industry best practices and effective sales techniques.
  • Revise and optimize the existing sales onboarding framework with the aim of decreasing ramp-up time.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to facilitate training on new materials, messaging strategies, positioning, and competitive insights.
  • Oversee and enhance the sales playbook to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the team.
  • Work alongside Sales Leadership to implement performance coaching, address skill gaps, and train on technologies and processes.
  • Manage sales forecasting, analysis, and pipeline management strategies to drive success.
  • Partner with team leaders to utilize data for informed decision-making on a team-by-team basis.
  • Establish a feedback mechanism with technology teams to enhance the operational experience for our revenue functions.
  • Willingness to travel 10-15% for in-person training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in revenue enablement management.
  • Proven track record in establishing and managing sales KPIs and leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce for forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting.
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills, capable of leading and influencing both direct and indirect reports, with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
  • Possesses analytical, strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities.
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to participate in company events at least once a year.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
