Prepare various financial reports and regulatory filings. Serve as main point-of-contact for banking activities. Work closely with agency-hired CPA firm. Document and maintain client files in agency management system Comply with Agency Procedures & Adhere to agency service standards and timelines Utilize agency technology and software applications including agency management systems, document management systems and workflows Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred or regular work experience General knowledge of independent agency insurance transactions Minimum of 2 years in an accounting role Strong analytical skills Able to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and organized Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products.
