Impact Solutions is looking for a skilled and experienced Accounting Associate to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial duties. Accounting Associate responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. You will utilize industry specific software programs to process business transactions. This includes some accounts payable and receivable, vendor account setup & payment disbursements, customer account setup, processing credit card payments.

A successful candidate should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers. Ultimately, a successful Accounting Associate will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.

Your main responsibility is to serve sales and customers by providing timely accounting information. This includes the following, but not limited to these responsibilities:

· Audit & process a high volume of invoices

· Receive/reply to inquiries concerning client and supplier accounts

· Utilize three-way match process for processing payables

· Resolve invoice issues with suppliers and internal accounting contacts.

· Prepare and maintain account aging and status

· Verify and set up vendor accounts

· Resolve purchase orders, invoices, or payment discrepancies

· Maintain accurate & organized accounting records in accordance with company, state, and federal requirements

You MUST have substantial AP & AR accounting experience to be considered for this position.
