Position:
Accounting Manager – Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable

Employment Type:
Part-time or Full-time

Compensation:
Competitive salary package

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Accounts Receivable processes utilizing iMIS and Nimble systems, which includes invoicing, payment processing, and bank deposit management.
2. Manage Accounts Payable through Sage 300 accounting software, focusing on coding, data entry, and payment processing.
3. Ensure robust internal controls and support during the annual audit, including interim account reconciliations.
4. Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
5. For full-time candidates, responsibilities will also encompass general accounting duties, journal entries, and reconciliation for a for-profit subsidiary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with contemporary accounting software and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
