WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
  • Process orders and pick tickets into invoices within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer payment requirements.
  • Handle online invoicing on specific customer A/P systems.
  • Reconcile retail sales cash drawers, researching and resolving variances.
  • Provide necessary documentation to customers promptly and professionally.
  • Scan all pick tickets and transaction documents accurately.
  • Review tax jurisdictions to ensure correct sales tax billing.
  • Assist with processing customer payments as needed.
  • Serve as backup for switchboard operations, covering breaks and lunches.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
OUR MUST HAVES:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong math skills.
  • Dependable attendance and reliability.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with warehouse and sales teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
