Our approach emphasizes partnership over brokerage, enabling us to deliver consultative and tailored packaging solutions to major industrial clients in sectors such as food & beverage, chemicals, and materials.

Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated National Account Manager to spearhead new business initiatives, oversee existing client accounts, and cultivate strong customer relationships. This role involves identifying potential clients across designated regions and driving the sales of FIBC and complementary packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, be results-driven, and thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems, sales pipelines, and target accounts
  • Establish and nurture relationships with national accounts and key prospects
  • Prepare sales forecasts, manage territories, and develop growth strategies
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets and objectives
  • Build a robust sales pipeline and contribute to team success

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in generating new business and client acquisition
  • Experience managing large, multi-regional accounts
  • Background in packaging, particularly in FIBC sales, is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically NetSuite
  • Understanding of total cost of ownership and solution-based selling
  • Experience engaging with large corporations and Fortune 500 companies
  • Demonstrated ability to develop key accounts and foster high-level relationships
  • Experience in cross-selling and maximizing share of wallet
  • Strong judgment and creativity in addressing challenges and opportunities
  • Track record of achieving or surpassing performance metrics
  • Exhibit high integrity, initiative, and professionalism
  • Willingness to travel 30% or more
