HR/Administrative assistant:

Below some notes of what else needs to be completed.

Just some misc. duties you can help me with over time:

Keep staff directory with phone numbers up to date.A copy to each employee, one by phone in the middle of shop, one by each shop door/phone.

Keep labor law posters up-to date. I will explain. (Poster Guard)

Keep announcements up-to-date and monthly flyers including monthly raffle and birthdays including sending birthday cards(Minuteman Press-Germantown and your choice of how you would like to create)

Just peek in the conference room in the morning to make sure it's not a tornado. (The cleaning crew only cleans and organizes it nice for Monday morning.)

Make sure Konica copier is full of paper.Everyone knows how to do this, but if you do it occasionally; that is how I remembered to order when needed.Keep a stack on the stand across from the copier as well.(Keep paper stocked in the closet.)

Always have coffee stocked.

Keep supplies stocked in supply room.(Staples or Amazon)

All other kitchen supplies low or out, Jeff handles. I will send you a sample e-mail.(Sam's Club)

Keep plates/ napkins / paper towel and plastic utensils stocked for the SHOP lunchroom.(Take extra from our kitchen.)

Cleaning/bathroom supplies are in the shop ladies' room if anyone asks, or you need.(U-Line)

Keep timecards stocked and other forms for shop and/or employees...vacation, etc. stocked by your office and shop timeclock.

Ken usually has you get donuts or bagels, a dozen for the shop and a dozen for the kitchen with his credit card every so often.You may be asked to do this.(Pick n Save, Kwik Trip, Panera)

If you receive and/or open any Amazon packages and/or any other vendor orders with a Packing List, ordered on the credit card....just write CC on it and put it in Jeff's tray; fourth slot from the top.If ordered with a Purchase Order, put Packing List on my desk or top tray.

Purchase Order and Workbook entry at times. (QuickBooks / Z Drive: Job Folders)
