We seek an experienced supervisor for our DEN International Airport station as part of our current growth. In this key role, you will oversee a team of de-icing employees and manage all operational functions during your shift. You will be a valuable resource for all employees, ensuring adherence to procedures, standards, and safety policies. Your leadership and respect for your team and colleagues will set the standard for our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Managers on duty with all operational tasks.
  • Assign the de-icing trucks in preparation for the de-icing operations.
  • Assist personnel in de-icing techniques.
  • Assist personnel during de-icing and snow removal operations.
  • Act as a practical trainer during the operations and the training sessions.
  • Ensure that equipment and vehicles are used correctly.
  • Ensure distributed tasks are well executed (ex: maintenance, dips, etc.)
  • Ensure all distributed tasks are performed according to standards, procedures and safety policies.
  • Assist the Operations managers during the technician’s performance evaluations.
  • Participate in the briefing and debriefing meetings.

Required Skills and Certifications

  • At least three years of experience as a Supervisor, with leadership experience
  • Strong presentation and training skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Professionalism, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Prioritizes health and safety
  • Willingness to work flexible hours according to operational needs.
  • Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug test.
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License is required.
