Position Overview:

As a Field Operations Supervisor, you will be the linchpin in our service delivery operations. Your role is crucial in managing our field teams, ensuring high-quality performance, and upholding our commitment to excellence. You will oversee daily operations, from scheduling to quality control, and will be pivotal in the training and development of our staff.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Oversight: Supervise and lead a team of field employees, including cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and deliver high-quality services.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff to enhance skills and performance.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations. Address and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Scheduling: Manage and optimize employee schedules to ensure efficient coverage and timely service delivery. Adjust schedules as needed to meet changing demands.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain positive relationships with apartment complex management and address any service-related concerns or feedback.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, including service metrics, employee performance, and any issues or resolutions.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the service industry, ideally in cleaning, painting, or maintenance services.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Training Skills: Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent scheduling and time management abilities.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
