International industrial equipment engineering company has an immediate opening for a Logistics Coordinator.

Duties:

As a member of the Supply Chain team, will coordinate the scheduling of international and domestic shipments and maintain quotes for current shipping

Maintain shipping records to facilitate tracking

Create and collect shipping documentation required by country of entry

Provide shipping details/vessel schedule to the project manager, site manager, and customer

Oversee inventory management, receiving parts, tag parts, and the organization and storage maintenance in the warehouse

Packing and shipping of large and small crates for parts shipment for internal customers

Ensure compliance with countries’ laws and regulations

Review engineering Bill of Materials (BOMs)

Requirements:

Associate’s Degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, etc. a big plus)

3+ years of supply chain / logistics experience

Logistics experience within an engineering and/or manufacturing company

International logistics experience (includes international freight quotes and handling export documentation)

Ability to interpret BOMs a plus

Microsoft Office skills

Knowledge of ITAR and EAR requirements a big plus

Ability to pass a background check and drug test
