Location: San Francisco, CA or Menlo Park, CA (HYBRID)

Salary: $90-95k

Responsibilities
•Acting as the primary university recruiting contact for the west coast
•Prepare and maintain reports regarding recruiting efforts
•A dministrating campus recruiting process
•P lanning & executing recruiting events, on campus, in office, and offsite
•G athering & consolidating feedback from interviewers
•M anaging background check process
•A ssisting with DEI initiatives

Job Requirements
•Minimum of 5 years of experience within campus recruiting or talent acquisition within consulting, professional services or financial services
•Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization including senior level managers
•Bachelor's degree required
•Experience working with an ATS
•Strong experience working directly with managers and decision makers
