We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher Multi Campus to join our team at Stratford School. As a Preschool Teacher Multi Campus, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance across two different locations, engaging with a diverse group of preschool and pre-K students, and collaborating with classroom teachers to gain valuable experience in school and classroom environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement curriculum and instructional plans to meet the needs of preschool and pre-K students
  • Collaborate with other faculty and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Assist in classroom management and behavior, providing support and guidance to students as needed
  • Provide support in the classroom or office as needed, demonstrating patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with young children

Requirements:

  • Completed 12-semester or 18-quarter units in early childhood education, including coursework covering child development, family dynamics, community involvement, and program/curriculum development, or a bachelor's degree in child development or a related field
  • Reliable transportation to commute between the two school locations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, parents, and staff members
