RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales strategy and tactics for prospective, former, or identified set of customers where billing potential is unrealized. This includes identifying and research potential business opportunities, cold calls, penetrating existing client base, embedding in research decision process, face-to-face visits with decision makers, and appropriate follow-up activity.
- Develop, expand and leverage the client relationships with focus on developing unrealized revenue through closing sales, effective upselling and managing client expectations.
- Facilitate bid process by qualifying RFP's, writing proposals, and developing effective pricing for clients.
- Plan and track sales activities using the Company's CRM tool. Establish quarterly and annual goals for assigned territory. Provide annual, quarterly and weekly forecasts for territory.
- Support the Client Services Department during the delivery phase to ensure client expectations are met
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Superior client service, interpersonal, critical thinking skills
- Excellent written English and numeracy skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills - with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Proactive, motivated and a flexible team player who is keen to work in a stimulating, ever-changing environment
- University degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years sales experience in business environment.
- Proven experience is developing new business.
- Experience of market research and/or the Agency market is preferable but not a requirement.

The base salary range for this position in is $60K-$75K/yr + bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
