This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join True Green Capital Management LLC as a Project Manager - Solar Development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of commercial and industrial solar projects from late-stage development to successful start of construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the development of solar projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and schedule, meeting the expectations of our clients.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with external project stakeholders, including landowners, utility companies, and government authorities.
  • Permitting and Compliance: Manage permitting and compliance for projects, including the completion and submission of federal, state, and local permits.
  • Project Status Tracking: Own project status tracking and provide ongoing reporting to stakeholders.
  • Community Solar Programs: Manage community solar programs and incentive applications for assigned projects.
  • Due Diligence: Support due diligence for development or acquisition projects, including summarizing project perceived risks and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or industry equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in renewable energy or real estate development.
  • Skills: Demonstrably strong organizational skills, experience using project and task-tracking tools, and high initiative.
  • Tools: Experience with Procore.
