In addition to the technical duties of the role, the person in this position will also need to be a confident and an effective communicator both internally and externally to properly support our clients.

This is a full-time, in-office position (8:15 - 4:45pm) in Amarillo, Texas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receive, set up and track injury reports in the internal Claim System.
  • Enter and review medical bills for accuracy and follow up as needed.
  • Respond to calls and emails regarding questions about claims submissions, bill status, reimbursement amounts and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate and communicate internally to best service our clients.

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Comfort and experience with computers and learning new systems.

  • Medical billing experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks.
