Summary: The Commercial Client Service Associate Senior provides administrative and operational support for the Commercial Services Team. Within the assigned portfolio, the colleague assists in obtaining client information and document reviews necessary to establish commercial deposit accounts and satisfy critical compliance requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in obtaining and reviewing client information and documents necessary to complete renewals/extensions of less complex credits, assists in the management of overdrafts/NSF’s approval process for time-sensitive decisioning, client requests and account servicing on deposit accounts. Supports sales and loan closing by updating pipeline and referral information, assists in completing various compliance requirements and light operations support for the local team. Assists or completes various tasks related to loan closing and booking, deposit monitoring, funds movement, portfolio administration, reporting, quality control, data entry. Develops and maintains positive relationships with the Commercial Services and business partners, that may involve conference calls, correspondence, meetings. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications 1+ years in a high-volume clerical and administrative support role High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Banking experience Demonstrates confidence, assertiveness, professionalism, and ability to interact with all levels within the organization in a professional manner Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other internet resources Excellence in customer service, highly motivated, focused and goal oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up Ability to work independently on multiple tasks without compromising quality
