We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd.

About the Role:

  • This is a key position in our client service team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client contact and relationship management, including building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Assisting with client-focused presentation materials, such as financial reports and marketing materials.
  • Troubleshooting client issues and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinating information for projects and internal delegations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Preparing and updating financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Handling account opening and administration paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Initiating the Investment Policy Statement (IPS) process, working closely with clients to understand their investment goals and objectives.
  • Attending internal meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Monitoring client profitability, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Staying current with industry developments, including market trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • College degree in a related field, such as finance or business administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional travel may be required, but most work will be done in a office setting.
  • Long periods of sitting and computer use, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and well-being.
