About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our Family Wealth Management Team in our Kenwood Branch. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and support to our high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure management systems are up-to-date with accurate and timely client information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Collect and maintain accurate documentation for new account openings and service requests.
- Plan and coordinate team marketing events and maintain marketing materials to promote our services.
- Provide a detailed calendar of activities to the team, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
About Our Team
You will be working closely with our experienced financial advisors to deliver tailored financial solutions to our clients. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals through our comprehensive range of products and services.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in client service, preferably within the finance sector.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
