You will be in command of complex event logistics, including, but not limited to sourcing and managing speakers and vendors, and creating dynamic production schedules. The Expertise and Skills you Bring

Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of related work experience Advanced knowledge with operational and communications tools, or ability and desire to learn quickly: Microsoft Office, Cvent, TEAMS, Qualtrics (able to develop and maintain sites) Experience with knowledge of Zoom Meeting and Zoom Video Webinar Strong planning, project, event, and time management skills Proven ability to prioritize work and operate with an agile mindset Knowledge and experience with live event production including lighting, audio, video, and technical direction Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) Ability to create well designed, yet concise presentation decks using PowerPoint Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a command of proof reading Exceptional organizational skills Willingness to apply creative and critical thinking to routine and new events Negotiate powerfully with industry associations to secure Fidelity the best opportunities to generate brand awareness and acquire leads Experience crafting, planning, and driving multi-day, multi-faceted events Ability to lead working teams on complex programs – ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met Work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities Handle and maintain confidential information Thrive working on multiple, concurrent projects, and do so independently with little direction The Team

The dynamic Meetings and Events team collaborate with business partners on the planning, budgeting, and design of all internal and client events. The team manages over 1000 events a year with a focus on creating seamless and memorable experiences that support business and firm-wide objectives.

Dynamic Working

At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call “Dynamic Working.” Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks.
