LHH is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Coordinator to join our client's HR team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our HR operations while utilizing your bilingual skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee training and development programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Translate HR documents and communications to Spanish as needed.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in a human resources role, preferably in a coordinator or similar capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR certification or coursework is a plus.
