  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date new employee personnel files, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage requests for benefit programs, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
  • Assist in conducting new employee background checks, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an Associate degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
