Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful completion of new hire onboarding processes prior to their first day of work.
- Conduct comprehensive New Hire Orientations for newly hired employees, covering company policies, benefits, and expectations.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and processing mail, to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date new employee personnel files, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Process and manage requests for benefit programs, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
- Assist in conducting new employee background checks, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Support the Training department in employee training tasks, contributing to the development of a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
- Participate in HR compliance audits as needed, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associate degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of related experience is required.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
