Primary Responsibilities: Post cash receipts to customer accounts, including reconciliation with daily bank deposit detail, in coordination with Accounts Receivable. Perform vendor maintenance, record maintenance, and COI management. Add new vendors/suppliers to the database, send New Vendor Information requests, process freight and duty invoices, and bill customers as required. Process credit applications for vendors and customers. Conduct weekly accounts payable check runs and mail checks. Participate in special projects as necessary. Understand, implement, and maintain the quality management system. Work towards achieving quality goals and objectives. Ensure timely closure of internal audit findings. Document customer complaints and implement corrective and preventative actions when needed. Position Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years' experience in accounting. Proficient in computers and related software, particularly Excel. Ability to multitask, analyze, and problem-solve effectively. Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, and Company personnel. Strong time management and follow-through abilities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach. Organized with keen attention to detail. Accountability: Support the company’s Quality Policy through active participation, problem identification, solution finding, and change implementation. Manage a continual flow of information, demonstrate logical problem-solving skills within defined policies, and adhere to professional principles. Contribute to product/service conformity, safety, and ethical behavior.
