  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing workpapers and recording journal entries

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills being a plus
  • Experience with CCH Engagement or Lacerte tax software is preferred

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage pressure and deadlines
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting is required; a master's degree is preferred
  • Candidates must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam or possess CPA certification
  • 2-5 years of prior experience or internships in public accounting focusing on audit or tax work is advantageous
