As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining marketing technologies and automation tools, including updates and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners and internal teams on routine tasks, project timelines, inquiries, and updates to ensure all marketing projects are completed on schedule.
  • Track progress of multiple projects and provide updates to the marketing leader.
  • Support office openings and relocations by coordinating communications with vendors and internal teams.
  • Manage and maintain marketing databases and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), including data cleaning, audits, and updates to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Prepare client and talent NPS data and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy.
  • Create and manage email sequences and automation for marketing campaigns, including uploading new client contacts.
  • Handle email correspondence and follow-ups to ensure clear communication.
  • Assist in developing and refining marketing processes and supporting the evaluation of new tools and systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in proofreading and self-editing.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Experience with project management software or tools.
Pay: $26-$28 hourly
