Job Title: FT Marketing Specialist

Everett Gospel Mission is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Advancement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our mission, values, and services.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who can develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and support for our organization's programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a collaborative Coordinated Communications Plan that aligns with our mission and goals.
  • Leverage technology for one-to-many communications and external partnerships.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing strategies to engage and expand our supporter base.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop, write, edit, and finalize a wide range of fundraising and marketing collateral for digital and print.
  • Act as a communications consultant on medium to large size projects, with both internal and external partners and/or clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a non-profit or Christian organization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Tech savvy with strong computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in graphic design and/or video production.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor engagement.
