Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing strategies that enhance our brand presence, boost customer engagement, and drive demand.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you will play a key role in managing marketing timelines, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and other channels.
  • Oversee campaign logistics, including scheduling, asset management, and performance tracking.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Maintain and manage marketing calendars to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop marketing materials such as product datasheets, brochures, web content, and presentations.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate on creating engaging blog posts, videos, and other content to highlight product features and benefits.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines.

Product Positioning:

  • Assist in crafting clear and compelling product messaging and value propositions.
  • Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, pricing, and distribution.

Launch Support:

  • Monitor and support product launches and promotional activities.
  • Curate and distribute materials to ensure teams are well-informed about product details.

Program Management:

  • Manage customer loyalty, affiliate, and other programs to build brand awareness and drive demand.
  • Assist in tracking marketing expenses and managing the budget.

Additional Duties:

  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.

Compensation:

The salary in the Everett, WA area for this position is $27-$40 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
