Representatives will have exposure to order entry/scheduling, accounts receivable, inventories and logistics management. RESPONSIBILITIES Work in an extremely fast paced sales environmentEstablish & maintain top-notch relationships with all customersInteract with customers regarding orders, changes, concerns, & documentation needsFollow through on logistics for shipments from origin to destination (bulk & packaged)Enter and maintain sales and purchase contractsProcess invoices and closely monitor all accounts receivableResearch & bill truck detention charges to customersResearch & obtain resolution of customer issuesEffectively manage positive relationships with Account Managers, Plants, Supply Chain, Transportation & Technical ServicesCross training on all CSR responsibilitiesOther reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor

With the ability to learn web based & other computer applications as needed.
