CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER - DIGITAL
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Priority1, Inc. is seeking a goal-oriented Customer Success Manager to oversee an expanding portfolio of clients within the Digital Sales division. We are looking for enthusiastic, polished, and dedicated individuals ready to kick-start a fulfilling career in sales Priority1 is a premier consulting and contract logistics company, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Expedited shipping services. Our Digital Sales division is expanding rapidly, and we're actively seeking new additions to our dynamic team to keep pace with our growth.
Overview of Customer Success Manager Role at Priority1
Oversee the transition of accounts from the sales intake department
Build client relationships, offering continuous support as their main point of contact
Efficiently manage customers and track sales progress using CRM software
Monitor KPIs to assess client health and engagement
Drive customer advocacy and referrals through exceptional service and relationship-building efforts
Collaborate with internal teams
Exceed sales targets and quotas
Other duties assigned
Qualifications
6+ of logistics sales experience preferred
Software sales experience is a plus
HubSpot experience is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Naturally enthusiastic and energetic
Determined to be part of a winning team
A burning desire to be successful
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Competitive Commission Structure

Physical Requirements:
Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
