The Strategic Account Services (SAS) division is in search of a Senior Manager of Customer Success to lead the evolution of our program.
This role is pivotal in driving business expansion for key Sellers on the Amazon platform, ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional service, strategic insights, and high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategic business plans with Sellers, collaborating to discover innovative methods for enhancing selection, merchandising, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and influence long-term strategies for your portfolio of Sellers.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with Sellers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business needs.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure timely and professional support for all Sellers, driving satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently.
- Program Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance team efficiency and optimize processes, while defining success criteria based on Seller needs.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of building relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
