About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Account Manager with a strong background in project management, specifically tailored for enterprise healthcare accounts.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and implementation phases, while also playing a key role in fostering relationships and developing innovative strategies to enhance our business revenue and delight our clients.
You will collaborate directly with clients in the healthcare sector to gain insights into their workflows, design solutions to alleviate their challenges in care coordination, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction and partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in navigating the Rovicare platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all onboarding and implementation activities.
- Guarantee the timely and effective delivery of our solutions in alignment with customer requirements and objectives.
- Communicate onboarding progress clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify expansion opportunities with existing clients and propose areas for revenue growth.
- Address complex client requests or escalations as necessary.
- Assist clients in setting up and utilizing programs or software effectively.
- Advocate for the value of the Rovicare platform and its solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success.
- Present tailored recommendations to clients for enhancing or broadening the use of Rovicare's platform within their organizations and community partners.
- Regularly gather and synthesize customer feedback to represent the voice of the customer.
- Analyze data to provide deeper insights into customer operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and areas of strength.
- Manage client renewals and expansion initiatives in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
- Onboard new clients effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic, long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of best practices within the customer success team.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Project Management capacity.
- Experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment as a Customer Success Account Manager.
- A passion for Rovicare's mission and a desire to be part of a collaborative, friendly, and dynamic team.
- A willingness to work on-site, contributing to a unique and enjoyable workplace culture.
- Comfort in navigating ambiguous environments; organized, diligent, and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
- Experience in a Tech Startup environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
