The Client Success Manager will be a transformative leader in shaping iT1's service delivery lifecycle. You will be a critical point of contact between the iT1 organization and iT1’s customers, in ensuring standards of service delivery are met. You will operate closely with customers throughout the lifecycle, determining customer-specific service needs through onboarding and initial delivery, ensuring their satisfaction in ongoing support processes and identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships. We are looking for someone who can make sure all assigned tasks are completed in adherence to iT1 standards.

Requirements

  • Serve as communication liaison between the client, the sales team, services teams, and any other involved
  • Maintain a strong understanding of iT1 service offerings and current client contracts
  • Build, prepare, and conduct monthly services calls with active Clients
  • Delivers promptly on Client commitments; Takes responsibility for resolving customer issues; Submits client feedback to improve overall client success
  • Maintain a technical understanding of iT1 supported technologies to facilitate conversations around client challenges and opportunities
  • Qualify potential matches for iT1 Managed and Professional Services; Build relationships; Discover client business needs; Present solutions that meet customer objectives; Manages and documents Quarterly Business Review process
  • Provide prospect/client guidance through short- and long-term strategic planning; continuously being mindful of where iT1 IT may contribute to the client’s long-term business success
  • Build and foster strong and positive relationships with all participants during all phases of new and ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction. This includes all iT1 IT partners and all third-party service providers

Job Qualification Requirements

  • IT Services industry specific experience strongly desired
  • A four-year degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 5+ years in an IT Business related role working with C-Level and IT Management.
  • Communications - Communicates clearly verbally and written with all audiences; Demonstrates effective presentation skills.
