Our industry-leading client is looking for a Business Relationship Manager to join their Information Technology team as a part of their PMO This role is remote, and candidates who are local to the Atlanta area are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their day-to-day operations, goals, and challenges.
  • Anticipate IT needs by uncovering pain points and inefficiencies before formal requests arise.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive requirements management plan, including identifying stakeholder needs, crafting user stories and use cases, and prioritizing functionalities.
  • Adapt your approach to different business needs and stakeholder personalities no one-size-fits-all solutions here
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the PMO and IT teams, translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Foster open communication with all stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project progress and analyze success metrics to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.

Here is what our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar role
  • Strong experience with requirements-gathering and developing business cases/use cases
  • Proven ability to proactively identify business needs and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and comfort working within different business environments and with various methodologies.
