Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Responsive Technology Partners Inc. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and pursue net-new business opportunities to expand the customer base within a designated market.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out potential clients through cold calling, networking, industry events, and other prospecting strategies.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with potential clients to drive deals forward.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, effectively positioning Responsive Technology Partners' IT services and solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform and optimize sales strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements that address client needs while aligning with company offerings.
  • Quota Attainment: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Technical Skills: Windows 10/11 experience, MS Office, and other standard office applications experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: MSP or technology field experience.
