Claims Call Center Representative - American Express About Us AIG Travel Guard is an industry leader providing insurance and assistance services to both leisure and business travelers worldwide. Job Details Full Time Monday through Friday 2nd shift starting at 11 am - 7 pm Job Description The Claims Call Center handles incoming calls from American Express Card Members needing to file an insurance claim. The team will provide prompt and professional service to fulfill the client’s request. This will include providing benefit and coverage information, setting up a new claim, and providing information on the status of an existing claim. These services are provided real time Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm central time.
