Position Overview:
As a Claims Analyst II, you will play a vital role in the prompt investigation, assessment, and resolution or rejection of claims with varying levels of complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
Our Claims Analysts deliver exceptional customer service by conducting thorough investigations into claims, which encompasses:
  • Assessing coverage and determining liability.
  • Settling damages efficiently.

In this role, you will:
  • Swiftly investigate new commercial claims.
  • Analyze coverage documents and contracts to interpret applicable coverage, communicating findings to clients.
  • Evaluate facts and devise strategies to resolve claims effectively.
  • Document all decisions, correspondence, reports, and discussions meticulously.
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants and their legal representatives.
  • Authorize payments within designated authority limits.
  • Interpret coverage and convey analysis to clients.
  • Provide comprehensive overviews of specific claims to clients and company associates.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with insurance policies, claim payment processes, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of medical and legal terminology is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess claims and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to interpret complex documents effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in computer and mathematical skills is beneficial.
